The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has officially announced the results for the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2025 today, May 24.
Students who appeared for the KCET 2025 examination conducted between April 15 and 17 can now check their results online at the official website — cetonline.karnataka.gov.in and karresults.nic.in.

Steps to check the results
Step 1: Visit the official website of KEA website: cetonline.karnataka.gov.in
Step 2: Click on the KCET Result 2025 link available on the home page
Step 3: Enter your login details like application number and password
Step 4: Submit your details and your KCET 2025 result will be displayed
Step 5: Check your results and download and print the scorecard for future reference
What next?
Successful candidates will be eligible to participate in the counselling process, which will determine admission to various undergraduate professional courses in Karnataka in the fields of engineering, architecture and technology.
These include courses such as BVSc and AH, BSc (Hons) Agriculture, BSc (Hons)Agriculture, Business Management, BSc (Hons) Sericulture, B Pharma, BSc (Hons) Forestry, BTech (Bio-Technology), Bachelor of yoga.

Cut-off and counselling
The KEA now will release the merit list and cut-off marks. The cut-off marks will vary based on categories and courses.
For general category candidates, the expected cut-off is around 50 per cent, while for reserved categories like EWS, OBC, SC, and ST, it ranges from 40 to 48 per cent.
Qualified candidates will participate in counselling sessions based on their ranks. During counselling, candidates will be allotted seats in various undergraduate programs across Karnataka. Essential documents will be verified during this process.
KCET 2025 exam
KCET 2025 was held from April 15 to April 17. On the first day, the KEA conducted the KCET Kannada language test from 10.30 am to 11.30 am.
The KCET physics, chemistry, mathematics, and biology exams were conducted on April 16 and 17 in two shifts.
