Mahagathbandhan to release joint manifesto for Bihar Assembly elections on 28 October

The Mahagathbandhan reportedly will release its joint manifesto for the Bihar Assembly elections on 28 October in Patna. Rahul Gandhi and Tejashwi Yadav are scheduled to address joint rallies before the first phase of polling, and later for constituencies going to vote in the second phase.

According to ANI, citing sources, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and Mallikarjun Kharge will also launch their campaign for the Bihar Assembly elections on 28 October, after the Chhath Puja festival.

In Rahul Gandhi's eyes, Tejashwi Yadav is not fit for it. He also feels that he failed class 9, so what sort of CM would he be? So, he was showing reluctance in taking his name.
