The story so far
Australia won the toss and chose to bat but Indian bowlers, right from the start, did not allow them to score freely. First, it was Bumrah who dismissed Marsh for a duck and later the spin trio of Jadeja-Kuldeep-Ashwin dominated on a track that helped slow bowlers.
The only time Australia looked like rebuilding was when Warner and Smith had a half-century. But after Warner departed, Smith, Labuschagne, and Carey fell in quick succession as Australia slumped to 119/5 from 110/2. From then on, it was all Indian domination led by Jadeja (3/28).
Indian spinners in 30 overs gave away just 104 runs and took 6 wickets between them. They conceded only 6 fours and 1 six. Smith top-scored with 46.
India need 200 to win. Will it be easy? Join us in 30 minutes for the hosts' batting.

END OF INNINGS: Australia 199 all out in 49.3 overs. Siraj gets the last wicket - Starc (28)
An excellent effort in the field by Indian bowlers. Conditions are not good for batting with the pitch assisting spinners. Jadeja was India's star with 3/28 on his home ground (he plays for Chennai Super Kings in IPL).
