
Delhi blast: Red Ford EcoSport linked to suspect Dr Nabi found in Haryana
Delhi Police found the car, registered in the name of prime suspect Dr Umar Nabi, abandoned at a farmhouse in Khandavali village a few hours after an alert was sounded
A few hours after the Delhi Police sounded an alert across the national capital for a red Ford EcoSport car suspected to be linked to the Red Fort blast case, the police found it abandoned at a farmhouse at Khandavali village in Haryana.
The Ford EcoSport car carried the number plate DL10CK0458.
The Delhi Police had sounded an alert across all police stations, posts, and border checkpoints in the national capital on Wednesday (November 12) after the investigation revealed that other suspects, already connected to the Hyundai i20 used in the explosion, were also in possession of another red car.

At least five teams of Delhi Police were deployed to locate the vehicle, while neighbouring Uttar Pradesh and Haryana Police were also alerted to maintain heightened vigilance and assist in the search.
Registered in Dr Umar Nabi’s name
The police sources said the red Ford EcoSport is registered in the name of Dr Umar Un Nabi, the prime suspect in the Delhi blast case.
The car's registration details were circulated to all border units, and the information was also shared with the UP and Haryana Police to intensify the search.

The source also said that the vehicle is suspected to have been used by Umar for reconnaissance activities. The car was reportedly bought with a fake address.
Police sources said Dr Umar Nabi gave the address of a house in north-east Delhi while buying the car, and the police had conducted a late-night raid at that address.
