The girl allegedly first struck Rahul with a broken beer bottle, rendering him weak. The two accomplices then dragged him into the bushes and stabbed him repeatedly, leaving him dead on the spot.
After the brutal act, the girl video-called Yuvraj and showed him her husband’s lifeless body, reportedly saying, “Kaam ho gaya” (the job is done).
Suspicious disappearance
Police said the body was found on Sunday (April 13). They said that Rahul's family, who identified the body, said he was last spotted with his wife when they had stepped out of the house together.
The police grew suspicious after the teenage girl was found missing. Several teams were formed, and the adults among the accused were arrested while the minors were detained.
