Agarwal reads out names of various ministers, former ministers, former MPs, including CK Jaffer Sharif and K Rahman Khan, alleging all of them encroached waqf land and says he is not taking one name (Kharge) because that person is a member of this House and not present in the House but everyone will understand who that person is," says Agarwal. 

"I was also a member of the JPC. I read the Quran. In JPC meetings, I quoted the Quran while asking questions to maulanas who came to depose. None of them could answer my questions."

In Tamil Nadu, a man named Ramchandran wanted to give his land to his daughter when she got married. When he went to make the deed, he was told the land is waqf. Later it was discovered that the entire village had been taken over by waqf. This is their waqf by user: Agarwal 

'Not a single person has given their property as Waqf under Waqf by User'

"These people are complaining about Waqf by User (being banned under the Act). What is this Waqf by User? Not a single person has given their own property as Waqf under Waqf by User. Like films showed 'gundas' who would claim women by keeping their hand on her, these people just create Waqf of any land by just pointing out land and saying this is now Waqf. People go into an apartment, call four friends, offer namaz and say this apartment is now Waqf by User. They go and offer namaz on some land and say this land is now Waqf. This is what they do everywhere," says Agarwal.
